Shipping policy

We ship overnight with FedEx. We ship viral vectors on dry ice. Packages are chosen based on the amount of dry ice needed to cover more than the standard transit time. We will send you the tracking number once your package has been picked up. We recommend you track your package closely to resolve any issues that might arise, especially if you are outside of Canada and your package has to go through customs. 

North America shipments: Most orders are delivered the next business day. 

Outside of North America: Transit time varies, from 2 to 5 days depending on location.
