Refund policy

The Canadian Optogenetics and Vectorology Foundry Viral Vector Core works hard to provide high quality viral vectors but cannot guarantee results. If you are dissatisfied with any of the materials provided, please write us at tools@neurophotonics.ca and we will try our best find a solution to your issue.

Returns:
Due to the nature of the goods, we cannot accept returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If you change your mind, please contact us. If we haven’t started working on your order yet, we can remove items or cancel and refund the order altogether.
If we started working on your order, we reserve the right refuse refunds.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
