I can’t find orders I made on the previous web store. What happened to it?
Unfortunately, we could not move the old orders to the new webstore. We’ve back them to a local server. They are still being processed and invoices will be issued once the are shipped. If you have any questions about the previous webstore’s orders, please contact us directly at tools@neurophotonics.ca
Can I now pay a previous web store’s order with my credit card?
Yes. However, to do so, you will need to place a new order here. Since there is no automatic transfer of orders, please contact us at tools@neurophotonics.ca beforehand and we will guide you with the process.
Why do Canadians get a better rate?
The CNP Viral Vector Core is supported by grants from the government of Canada to allow its scientists better access to various research tools. Still, our services and products are available to all academic researchers worldwide, at a very competitive rate.
